I had a fantastic stay at a homestay in a great location near the old center. The room was clean and spacious and the breakfast was delicious. The owner was so welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend this homestay to anyone visiting Hoi An.

It was huge, fairly clean and boutique apartment really close to the Hoi An market and the river and all the main attractions and Vietnam. Location was stunning, especially for visiting Hoi a Cloth Market, located so close to the venue. And I was located near to the center. Overall experience was wonderful.

Good price for boutique place. A bath bath, shower facilities, a hair dryer, and a bidet. Magnificent, marvellous setting close enough to Close to market, a quiet area and the hectic and vibrant old town centre and market. For dinner go to Bbq Nuong Khoi, situated a short walk to the apartment.

Employees were amazingly nice and accommodating!!!

It was great in the French quarter. In fact, the property was next to the market and old city.

it was marvellous near old town. furthermore, it was next to the beach, circus, and night market.

Orchids Homestay was worth every penny. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, close to everything in the old quarter, and the staff treated us like family.

Our stay at Orchids Homestay was truly a wonderful experience. The room we stayed in was spacious and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and cozy environment during our time in Hoi An. The location was perfectly situated near the heart of the city, allowing us to easily explore the historic attractions and vibrant streets.

Although the room furnishings could benefit from renovation, it didn't detract from the overall comfort and quality of our stay. The homestay provided a serene and welcoming atmosphere, making us feel like family from the moment we arrived.

I felt like a garden princess in the beautiful terrace, and the breakfast made me feel like a gourmet chef. Plus, I had the luxury of staying just minutes away from temples and rivers. So fancy!

Oh, just a delightful surprise when the WiFi decided to take a vacation. Who needs internet when you can bask in the beauty of nature, right?

I also appreciated the delicious breakfast and the free use of bicycles for exploring the city. my experience at this guest house was wonderful. The location was super convenient, just a short walk to both Ancient Town and the night market. The family room was huge and sparkling clean, providing plenty of space for all of us. We were able to chill and watch cable TV for endless entertainment after a day of exploring.

The only downside for us party-loving teenagers was that there wasn't a bar or a social area at the homestay. It would have been awesome to have a place to hang out and have some drinks with other young people.

Our family had a great stay at this homestay. It was conveniently located in the old quarter, close to everything but at the quieter end of town. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and modern, and the bathrooms were spacious. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and were always available to answer our questions. The breakfast served in the open courtyard was delicious and there were free bikes available for us to explore the area.

The noise from nearby establishments occasionally disturbed our sleep.
